We are located in a serene, private 500-acre estate in Springfield, Louisiana, about 5 miles south of Interstate 12. We are approximately 45 minutes from the Louis Armstrong Airport in New Orleans and 35 minutes from Baton Rouge. Our mailing address is 32900 Pitcher Road, Springfield, LA 70462.

About Us
Springfield Wellness Center is devoted to nutritionally supported, medically supervised detoxification of addictive substances, PTSD, chronic or acute anxiety, stress, and depression. The center was founded and is directed by Paula Norris, M.Ed, LPC, DAPA, who has been in private practice since 1982. The medical supervision is provided by retired physician, Richard F. Mestayer, III, M.D., who has successfully treated these conditions since 1978.

Our Mission
To provide compassionate and effective mental health treatment for a broad spectrum of mental illnesses and chemical dependencies. Springfield Wellness Center offers the Brain Restoration Plus (BR+) detoxification program. BR+ Detox is a protocol utilizing oral and intravenous nutritional supplements including amino acids and coenzymes. BR+ is administered in conjunction with established therapeutic approaches to detoxification as well as traditional modalities used in the treatment of PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other stress related disorders.
