Twenty years ago, there was no one else offering intravenous NAD—for addiction detox or anything else. And for more than 20 years, we built our reputation by easing patients off of drugs and alcohol in 10 days of intravenous NAD treatment, with minimal side effects or cravings, and without substituting another narcotic. • We developed the protocols for administering the highest level of NAD of anyone (1500 mg/infusion)—and we teach those protocols to other certified providers through BR+MD Consultants. Most other infusion clinics administer, at the most, 500 mg/treatment. Obviously, one-third the dosage can only deliver one-third the results.

Our history
Our founders, Paula Norris Mestayer, M.Ed., LPC, FAPA, and her partner, Dr. Richard F. Mestayer, III, were the first to offer intravenous NAD in the United States—originally as a safe, effective addiction detox back in 2001. They quickly discovered, however, that intravenous NAD was also effective at treating their patients’

They formed a sister organization, NAD Research, Inc. (www.nadresearch.org) to help determine why. As their own and other research shows, NAD blocks substance use cravings and restores the brain’s proper functioning.
